I know this is shallow but he has to lose that mustache. Beard yes, unshaven yes, but not that.

I'm just glad he's made an actual decision-- it feels like he's spent the years since MLAR in a perpetual state of not quite having a beard but not quite being clean-shaven. At least the mustache is a choice.

Personally, I think he'd probably look best if he grew a beard that was slightly less insane than the MLAR one.

I like the mustache. It fits into this Southern gentleman look that befits the album perfectly.

Since he lost some weight, he looks a little more like Dylan.

I like it when Elvis changes his appearance to fit an album's theme. Mighty Like a Rose being a great example.
