another attempt at resuscitation...did you ever wish you had one of those Star Trekkie remote controls and you could just zap the assholes out of the way? I'd aim mine at my office Hall Monitor. Must every office come equipped with a Designated Tattletale? Last night I dreamt we were both drafted into the same army...

MS: I remember the office I worked in a few years ago before Joel and I were married. The quintessential office manager. EVERY morning she would come in and check on everyone and say something like, "It could be a busy day, today. We might all need to be flexible! You know, flexibility is the key. Flex-i-bil-i-ty."
Well, I had just about heard enough by the second week I was there. One day then a few of the ladies from the office were on break and started talking about her. "That's all she talks about, flexibility. I'll give her flexibility. I'll give her flex-fuckin-bility." From then on every time the manager walked by that's what we all were thinking.
I've never thought of the word flexible the same ever since.

Can't stand Sheryl Crow...actually I fell asleep on the couch and woke up to a song of hers playing over the credits of some damn movie...that tv no longer works. I don't know why but her voice drives itself through my skull....
Actually don't think Dave is that bad...I enjoy some of his stuff and have seen them in concert a couple times (free tickets from work). I think it's like a lot of things, I'd enjoy it more if I didn't have to associate with some of the people who enjoyed it as well. Like riding a motorcycle or golfing...if people could not talk about it constantly it'd be much more fun.

A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. Do you think when Jesus comes back he ever wants to see a fuckin' cross? It's kind of like going up to Jackie Onassis with a rifle pendant on.

alleged blonde??? I'm absolutely glowing...makes me feel all Thelma and Louise.
My son likes DMB a lot, so that means I can't (reverse generation gap), but I did like one or two of his that I heard on the radio...and I understand that he encourages his fans to tape his shows, which I find very refreshing. Sheryl Crow--well, I like almost all her radio stuff but have been underwhelmed by her albums. I really liked the Steve McQueen song.

... knew I felt my ears burnin'.
For the record, my hair is blonde but greying FAST. My Dad's hair was white by age 45, and although I don't think I'm headed there, my hair has indedd lightened from the first picture posted to the second (=course of 2 years). When it figures out what color it wants to be, I'll decide whether I like it or want to dye it.
More than you wanted to know, I am sure.
I've seen a picture of Slick... there's no reason he shouldn't be posting one.
