I am a huge fan of this album, and it always reminds me of why I love Elvis so much. As much as I love TYM, BY, WIWC, I wouldn't be such a huge fan if ALL the albums sounded like that. I probably listened to this album more when it came out than I did The Delivery Man or WIWC. Sure, there's some filler and some experiments don't come off, but it sure sounds like he had a great time making this.

Tomorrow I will surely look at my list and give a rousing "WTF?" as this is probably the hardest album to rank of any of them...

JM&R was one of my favorites when I first bought the album, but for some reason, over the years it seems to have held up the least of all the pieces for me. *shrugs*
