Rarities You Think Should Be On An Album
For example like 'Just Another Mystery' in place of 'Playboy To A Man'

Just Another Mystery was one of the best tracks cut for MLAR. Truly a bizarre omission.when i was cruel wrote:For example like 'Just Another Mystery' in place of 'Playboy To A Man'

Main Course:
You could include anything off Taking liberties/10 Bloody Marys and Out of our idiot....These stand up as albums in their own right. I once heard a rumour that Elvis records his best songs, he then sells or gives away the others and then he gives whatever's left to Phil Collins.

All of the unreleased '1st timer' stuff - e.g. 100s of things including 'Promised land' from Portland in 2011-07-28/stuff done at 'Spectacle'recordings never transmitted.
But Costello albums don't sell, so maybe we should be able to buy an e.g. mp3 Blu-ray disc (or FLAC one for those so inclined...). Or USB3 loaded 'pen' etc drive.

I've always thought I Throw My Toys Around would sound great on Brutal Youth (given the album cover).

Agree with Unwanted Number. I've got a couple of live versions, but I've always longed for a proper EC studio recording. I also think Life Shrinks is a really great song.

I'm not one to rewrite history, but here seems like as good of a place as any to go on record as saying that I like "Radio Sweetheart" better than anything on My Aim is True.

Burnt Sugar for me, but difficult to place it on WIWC. PFM a better fit, but I may be getting confused about when it was written. The pre-Delivery Man live versions didnt really work. A beautiful song. Sorry for stacatto sentences, really tired.
