I haven't received my Philly tickets for Nov 10th, and this is the reply I received:

Hello Eugene,

All of our tickets are processed and shipped to be received one-two weeks prior to the event. Since the date is approaching and we have not received the tickets allotted for this presale, our ticketing department is coordinating with the venue to determine if these tickets will be mailed or switched to will call. The decision has not been finalized, however, it is looking like the switch to will call will be the more likely option. Our office will be sending you an email shortly informing you of the confirmed decision, so please stay tuned.

Chill. I've purchased through this service in the past and they are decent. You will get this ticket - either at will call or in the mail - as they have stated. Don't sweat it. Enjoy the show! Wish I could go this one. It's my home town.
