What do you guys think about the "comments" linked by Sweetest Punch from the Broadway fans forum? It's like my 12 year old daughter and her friends talking about Laguna Beach or the OC. Reminds me why I never go to Broadway musicals. I know this was a good cause and all, and these days EC would attend the opening of a dry cleaner if invited by the right people, but I would have payed to eavesdrop on the after-show banter between him and those wacky, spunky, broadway babies.

ELVIS COSTELLO!!!! How many years have I waited for this photo op??? This is the second photo I've had taken with my musical idol. The first was taken about 5 years ago and was all but obliterated and washed out by the sun. The other memory I have of that first photo was that my friend, taking the picture, attempted to shoot with the lens cap STILL ON!!! Elvis was kind enough to point this fact out to my flustered and confused buddy.

On this occasion, Elvis offered to take our photo by holding the camera and extending his arm, that is until Mike Nichols offered to take the picture!!!!!! That's right, the photo you're gazing upon was TAKEN by one of my cinematic idols. Like I said, this will be a tough night to top!

BroadwayWorld TV: That's Kentertainment — 'Love, Valour...and Raul Esparza'

by BroadwayWorld TV

LOVE! VALOUR! MISTAKES!

That's Kentertainment! welcomes the cast of LOVE! VALOUR! COOMPASSION! currently playing at the Gloria Maddox Theatre at T. Schreiber Studios 151 W. 26th Street, NYC, starring Gary Cowling, Kenneth John McGregor, Sebastian LaCause, Peter Sloan, John Lederer, Terry Wynne and Collin McGee.

Also on board is Part 2 of our "Friends In Deed" series with more from "Brilliant Mistake: Broadway Sings Elvis Costello"...this week featuring a hilarious Justin Bond (of Kiki & Herb fame) who (according to Variety) stole the show, (Justin Bond (of Kiki and Herb) also injected a shot of personality, strutting in semi-drag like a Kit Kat Club floozy through "(I Don't Want to Go to) Chelsea," and frequently jettisoning the lyrics in favor of crazed Kiki-esque growling.- from earlier account - J.F.) and Raul Esparza, with a clips of a gut-wrenching performance of "God Give Me Strength" plus a very insightful interview and why he isn't planning on doing any one-man shows in the near future!

THAT'S KENTERTAINMENT! airs Thursdays at Midnight on Channels 34 or 107. For more information, visit http://www.thatskentertainment.com

She got pretty kinda hot in The Breakfast Club, in my estimation.

Not as hot as Liz Phair thrusting herself around however, by way of random comparison.

Further distinguishing herself creatively, Ringwald has entered into the dubious world of criticism, a product of her NYC lit crowd lifestyle. “I’m kind of a dilettante, I’m a bookish kind of person and I read and write, and in New York, I’m friends with a lot of other bookish people, people who are involved in publishing.â€

MP3s of this show (most of it, anyway — it looks like it's missing Marcy Harriell's "Radio, Radio"):
