In just about twenty minutes BBC 6 Music will play 7 songs from 1980 concert at Hope & Anchor.

That's the one I still have on tape from the day it was broadcast, which was Aug 25, his birthday. indeed the accent is cockney gone mad. Has anyone got a boot of him in Liverpool on the same tour sounding more Scouse than the guys in the Harry Enfield sketch? Surely he wouldn't have talked the same as he does here when playing up there, or anywhere else up north?
