Koyaanisqatsi / Powaqqatsi (2 disc set) first 2 of the "qatsi" trilogy....
Koyaanisqatsi probably being the best - visually stunning, especially if in a "Pink Floyd" frame of mind ;) Phillip Glass' "loop" soundtrack is mesmerizing - in fact, my wife and I went to a screening of this movie in Ann Arbor MI, with the Phillip Glass Orchestra performing the sountrack live.....awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holds one's interest well for a film with no dialogue nor actors .... LOL

Nice one. That's a few quid less than HMV here for NDH. I'm not sure anyone's answered the question 'Is it any different to the TV programmes?' If not, I'll hold out and get it when it's only £5, if so, I need it!

The main doco is the same - but the DVD has the full versions of a lot of the performances from TV and the full concert performances of Like A Rolling Stone from Newcastle and One Too Many Mornings from Liverpool, Tamborine Man from Newport, Love Minus Zero/No Limit from London and the full bit of that great song Bob and Robbie Robertson are working in the hotel, how he could never bother to finish such a brilliant song is beyond me.

I got and watched: Woodstock (the 1st one), Bob Dylan Unplugged on MTV, some Maddonna concert (P.S I AM IN LOVE WITH HER NEW SINGLE), Beatles Anthology 1-5 and a DVD with LEnnon's best songs and their respective video-clips. I can't wait to watch the rest!

Happiness is cleaning out your desk and finding a $200 Best Buy gift card that you somehow forgot to use last year.

Purchased these two bad boys with it... :-)

I woulda been all over that Hitchcock set if I hadn't already owned many of those films on DVD.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

I have two of them - "Rear Window" and "Vertigo" - but both in early DVD versions. Lots of nice extra goodies in this box set as well.
